Completely hand-fabricated (not cast) sterling silver poison ring. It features a stunning, carved black soapstone scarab surrounded by a decorative border. Opens to reveal a small compartment inside to store mementos, curios, etc. The locket closes with a tiny wire clasp and is hinged on the side. High-shine finish on a sterling silver band, size 7. Unique and one of a kind.
